From the inside out.
Maurice Murphy started his career as an end-user, the person on the receiving end of CRM implementations that were handed over half-finished, platforms that were configured for the consultant's convenience rather than the team's reality, and systems that looked impressive in a demo and collected dust within six months.
That experience shaped everything about how Rumlo operates. Every engagement starts with understanding the business first (the actual sales process, the real workflow, the way the team works day to day) before a single setting is configured. The platform comes second. The outcome comes first.
Rumlo has now delivered 45+ projects across the UK, US, and Europe, working exclusively with SMEs on ClickUp, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
