How we solved it

  • Designed and implemented a full UTM tracking framework connecting website forms to Salesforce via Marketing Cloud, automatically creating Campaign Members with matching UTM data
  • Integrated Calendly directly with Salesforce, passing UTM parameters through at point of booking
  • Integrated Gong with Salesforce: salespeople could manage sequences and track prospects through the funnel with full CRM visibility
  • Configured Microsoft Teams to fire deal won notifications automatically from Salesforce
  • Built a structured lead scoring model drawing on email opens, clicks, webinar registrations, form fills and event attendance, automatically flagging MQLs and passing them to sales for SQL qualification
