  • Migrated newsletter from Mailchimp into HubSpot; rebuilt templates, migrated lists, set up segmentation
  • Connected Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads so ad performance is tracked alongside sales in one place
  • Integrated HubSpot with LYQD's cask exchange portal: user activity feeds into CRM in real time
  • Rebuilt Looker Studio dashboards natively inside HubSpot
  • Deployed document tracking so the team sees exactly when prospects open investment materials
